1. When will I receive my item?

Your product(s) will be processed within 2-4 days  of your order, and will take one to two 2 weeks to reach your doorstep. Our Canadian suppliers are working very hard to ship as quickly as possible, however due to COVID (and decreased staff from time to time), processing and shipping can take longer.

2. What's your return policy?

All paintings are final sale.

For home decor:

A refund request can be made within 14 days of receiving your product(s) by sending us an email with the image of the goods you received and we will correct our mistake if the item isn’t up to our quality standard, broken in shipment or different than the one ordered. These request should be sent to info@lilybronson.com and will be either picked up or refunded within 3 business-day. Please keep the item in original packaging and file the claim within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
